Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized vehicular lighting fixture unit with a small dimension in an optical axis direction in comparison with a conventional vehicular lighting fixture unit.SOLUTION: The vehicular lighting fixture unit includes a projection lens arranged on an optical axis extending in a vehicle front-rear direction, a phosphor arranged at a rear side of a vehicle rather than a rear side focal point of the projection lens and arranged on the optical axis and emitting light by being excited by light from a semiconductor light-emitting element, a first reflecting surface for reflecting the light from the phosphor so as to be condensed toward the optical axis, the semiconductor light-emitting element arranged between the projection lens and the rear side focal point of the projection lens and arranged below the optical axis so as to make an irradiating direction substantially vertically turn upward, and a second reflecting surface arranged substantially vertically above the semiconductor light-emitting element at a position wherein the second reflecting surface does not block the reflected light from the first reflecting surface and reflecting the light from the semiconductor light-emitting element toward the phosphor.
【課題】従来の車両用灯具ユニットと比べ、光軸方向寸法が小さい小型の車両用灯具ユニットを提供する。 【解決手段】車両前後方向に延びる光軸上に配置された投影レンズと、前記投影レンズの後方側焦点よりも車両後方側かつ前記光軸上に配置され、半導体発光素子からの光により励起されて発光する蛍光体と、前記蛍光体からの光を前記光軸寄りに集光するように反射する第1反射面と、照射方向が鉛直略上向きとなるように、前記投影レンズと前記投影レンズの後方側焦点との間かつ前記光軸よりも下方に配置された半導体発光素子と、前記半導体発光素子の鉛直略上方かつ前記第1反射面からの反射光を遮らない位置に配置され、前記半導体発光素子からの光を前記蛍光体に向けて反射する第2反射面と、を備えたことを特徴とする。 【選択図】図3
